1.1 Your Relationship with Us Bajao applications and associated websites ("Bajao") are owned and operated by Rockville Technologies Pvt., Ltd. and its affiliates (referred to as "we," "us," or "Company"). We are based in Islamabad.

Please carefully review these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), which establish a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of Bajao and related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms are binding and define your rights and responsibilities.

If you are using our Service on behalf of a business or entity, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: (a) "you" and “your" include both yourself and the entity you represent, (b) you are authorized by the entity to agree to these Terms on its behalf, and (c) the entity is legally accountable for your use of our Services and any authorized use of your account, including by employees or officers.

1.2 Accepting the Terms By accessing or using our Service, you confirm your ability to enter into a legally binding contract with the Company. You agree to these Terms and agree to abide by them. Your access and use of our Service are also subject to Bajao's Privacy Policy. If you access or use the Service from a jurisdiction requiring additional terms, you agree to those specific terms outlined below. In the event of conflict between these Terms and jurisdiction-specific terms, the latter will prevail. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By clicking "I Agree" or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2.1 Changes to the Terms To improve our Service, we may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes or regulatory requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Updated Terms will replace previous versions upon posting online. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates their effective date. Review the Terms periodically for updates or agree to updated terms through in-app notices, push messages, or emails. If you do not agree to updated Terms, discontinue use of the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2.2 Advertisements For advertisement purposes and revenue Bajao may support ads on its services. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information.

The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by Bajao on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you. In consideration for Bajao granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Bajao may place such advertising on the Services.

2.3 Content

• We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Bajao Service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the Content (collectively, "Access")
• This Access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Bajao
• No local storage other than Bajao’s designated space is allowed
• No re-production or recording is allowed
• User must remove downloaded content after service unsubscription, otherwise it is an infringement with legal consequences as per Law
• Bajao Service and the Content are the property of Bajao or Bajao's licensors

Other than as stated in the Terms and Conditions or as explicitly agreed upon in writing between you and Bajao, the Agreements constitute all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Bajao and supersede any prior agreements in relation to the subject matter of these Agreements, whether written or oral.

3.1 Account Registration By providing information and agreeing to these Terms on the registration page, you create a Bajao account ("Account") and become a Service user ("User"). Access Bajao using your Mobile Number and OTP. Creating an Account requires providing accurate, current, complete information. Maintain and update your details promptly to keep information accurate and complete.

3.2 Your Qualifications If you are under 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent, guardian, or representative must agree to these Terms (on your behalf and for themselves) before you can use the Service. We enforce age requirements through controls. Contact us immediately if your child under 18 uses the Service without permission. If consent is legally required, provide evidence or authorization from the parental guardian. We may suspend processing of the child's personal information until such evidence is provided.

3.3 Account Safety and Management Keep your Account confidential and do not share it with third parties. You are solely responsible for Account activity (to us and others).

Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws. Indemnify us, our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees for losses arising from violations. Manage your Account responsibly. Do not share or transfer your Account improperly. Report unauthorized use promptly. Unauthorized use may lead to Account suspension, blockage, or Service termination for security reasons.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination We may immediately terminate these Terms and your Account without notice if, in our judgment: (i) you violate these Terms or related documents, (ii) you breach laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iii) we must protect Company, Users, or third-party safety or property (e.g., User fraud).

If your Account is suspected of illegal or improper activity, cooperate with our personnel. We may use monitoring data under our Privacy Policy to assess hacking or illegal acts. We may suspend or terminate Account access and take corrective steps without providing evidence.

Do not use the Service for money laundering or terrorism. We may cooperate with authorities, providing identity and transaction records for investigations.

3.5 Account Deactivation Request Account deactivation with valid personal identity info matching registered details. Failure may lead to request denial. Upon verification, promptly suspend Account login and use.

3.6 Service Termination We may discontinue, terminate, or suspend the Service or your Account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason.

4.1 Reasonable Use Use the Service reasonably. Excessive or improper use may be monitored, with possible access restriction, suspension, or termination (at our discretion).

Follow all applicable laws when using Bajao. Do not transmit unlawful information. Prohibited actions include:

• Opposing constitutional principles,
• Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets,
• Harming national honor, interests, ethnic unity,
• Undermining religious policies, promoting cults,
• Spreading rumors, disrupting social order,
• Promoting obscenity, violence, gambling,
• Insulting, slandering, infringing legal rights.

Also prohibited:

• Using Service without legal capacity,
• Modifying, reverse engineering Service,
• Distributing, licensing, or selling Service,
• Interfering with Service operation,
• Incorporating Service into other products without consent,
• Using scripts to collect data,
• Impersonating, intimidating, harassing,
• Unauthorized account or identity use,
• Conflicting with Service purposes,
• Promoting explicit, violent content.

4.2 Prohibited Activities Do not engage, or allow others, in prohibited activities, including:

• Impersonation, false claims, misleading accounts,
• Transmitting abusive, vulgar content,
• Unauthorized commercial activities,
• Illegal actions, crime teaching, drug sales,
• Unqualified advice, opinion provision,
• Exploiting Company's intellectual property,
• Automated tool use to access Service,
• Distributing viruses, malicious code,
• Creating disruptive accounts,
• Undermining Bajao fairness,
• Unauthorized "Bajao" brand use.
• Intimidate or harass another, or promote sexually explicit material.
• Discrimination based on race, sex, religion.
• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or otherwise distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of any third party.

5.1 Service Content Our Service may display content not owned by the Company, for which the creators are solely responsible. By accessing such content, you assume associated risks. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content provided on Bajao. We reserve the right, though not the obligation, to review and monitor user-uploaded content for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Non-compliant content may be removed at our discretion.

Your use of our Service does not confer ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights in the accessed content. Use of content from our Service requires permission from its owner and adherence to legal notices displayed.

5.2 License Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use Bajao. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted and may terminate this license at any time.

Content on Bajao is provided for general informational purposes and may not be used commercially without proper authorization. Professional advice should be sought before acting on Service content.

5.3 User Content and Rights Therein The Company respects original content and endeavors to protect your Intellectual Property Rights. You confirm ownership of copyright or necessary authorizations for content uploaded via your Account on Bajao. Ensure your User Content complies with these Terms. We may delete, alter, move, or transfer User Content found violating Terms or laws, without liability. No value or compensation is guaranteed for data stored on our servers. We reserve the right to retain and use technical and operational data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service and uploading User Content, you grant us a license to display, host, reproduce, and distribute your content on Bajao.

6.1 Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the Bajao Giveaway Campaigns, participants must be subscribers of JazzCash or Easypaisa and have subscribed to Bajao during the dedicated giveaway campaign period. Additionally, participants must maintain their subscription until the date of the lucky draw. Eligible participants must be legal residents of Pakistan.

6.2 Campaign Period The campaign period for the Bajao Giveaway. Subscribers who subscribe Bajao from the giveaway campaign using JazzCash during this period and adhere to the subscription criteria are automatically entered into the campaign for a chance to win the giveaway prize.

6.3 Prize Details The prize for every campaign may vary, determined solely by Bajao. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Bajao reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6.4 Winner Selection and Notification The winner of the giveaway will be selected through a random lucky draw, conducted on the conclusion of each giveaway campaign. The selected winner will be contacted via the contact information provided at the time of subscription. It is essential for the winner to respond within a day of the initial contact. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be identified through a subsequent redraw.

6.5 Publicity and Privacy By participating in the campaign, the winner agrees to allow Bajao to use their name, and photograph for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Bajao respects participants' privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

6.6 Prize Delivery and General Conditions The giveaway prize will be handed over to the winner at a location and time specified by Bajao. Any additional costs related to the delivery or collection of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Bajao reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there is a reasonable belief of a breach of these terms and conditions. Bajao also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Bajao's control affects the campaign's integrity.

6.7 Winner's Engagement Bajao shall only engage with the Winner directly; third-party or representatives of the Winner claiming on their behalf shall not be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.

6.8 Limitation of Liability Bajao, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participants' participation in the campaign.

6.9 Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. By participating in the Bajao Giveaway Campaign, participants agree to these detailed terms and conditions. Bajao reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Participants are responsible for regularly checking the terms and conditions for updates.

7.1 Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the complete legal agreement governing your use of Bajao, superseding prior agreements.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

7.3 No Waiver Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing.

7.4 Termination and Disputes Certain provisions survive termination.

7.5 Security We do not guarantee Service security against bugs or viruses.
